Our inhouse technical services consultant Phillip Callister has worked in the Hospitality Industry with Australian and International Operators for over 30 years with a passion for the creation of destination Hotels and Resorts.

With an architectural and interior background, his Consulting Services offer Design Excellence through Technical Services coupled with an understanding of Hotel Operations and Logistics. Assistance extends to Developers, Operators, Architects/Designers, Construction Companies, Project Managers and associated Consulting Disciplines.

A key component to any successful refurbishment or new build Hotel is achieved through the development of an initial project brief followed by phased planning milestones accounting for the interests and requirements of all stakeholders.

Phillip will establish relationships and offer independent Technical Services providing advice throughout the Hotel development and construction phases to optimise timelines, aesthetics and ongoing revenue potential.
